Inventory/Trade Admin Team Member - Drive Thru

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing stock taking, including helping to find and fix discrepancies
  • Overseeing price updates and ticketing/labeling product
  • Checking off inwards/outwards goods when required
  • Receipting stock and customer orders 
  • General inventory and admin duties
  • Working closely with Managers, Reps, admin and other staff to complete job at the highest level
  • Dealing with supplier reps when required 
  • Assisting customers as required

We are looking for a person who has:

  • Attention to detail - high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Knowledge of timber and building products would be beneficial
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to manage a varied and busy workload

This is a full-time role based in our Drive Thru area.
