Inventory Team Member

Mitre 10 has been helping New Zealanders with their DIY and home improvement projects for over 50 years. We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused Inventory Team Member to join our team at Mitre10 MEGA Mt Wellington.

Reporting to the Inventory team leader, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock integrity
• Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
• Supporting stocktakes and inventory control processes
• Managing GAP reporting and the Stock Master File
• Processing customer returns, claims, and repairs
• Contributing to efficient store operations and excellent customer service

• Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A positive, solutions-focused approach
• High levels of confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexibility, initiative, and a strong customer service mindset
