Intermediate Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer, on a 11-month parental leave contract commencing mid-June, to deliver the creative output of our Marketing studio, someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves great design and the buzz of being part of a big team, and has the capability to keep quality, brand standards and deadlines front of mind. 

This role offers plenty of variety, from concepting to delivering campaign assets for major large‑scale retail promotions through to smaller local store activations, enhancing or creating imagery, store signage, collaborating across the Retail, Brand, Trade, Direct Marketing & Partnerships teams within Marketing and much more.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high‑impact creative across print, digital, social, video and animation
• Own and manage design jobs from brief to dispatch
• Work closely with your fellow Graphic Designer to ensure workload is balanced and varied across the team
• Maintain brand consistency, accuracy and quality across all assets
• Retouch, enhance and adapt imagery, including using AI‑assisted tools
• Collaborate with marketing teammates and agencies

What you’ll bring

• Graphic design qualification and minimum 3+ years’ experience (ideally in retail/fast‑paced environments)
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong planning, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience with video/animation and digital design tools
• A continuous improvement attitude to identify ways of working smarter
• A proactive, collaborative, can do mindset and a passion for great design
