👉 Key Responsibilities

As a Housewares Team Member, you'll play a key role in driving sales and creating an exceptional shopping experience by:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and confidently recommending products to meet customers'needs
• Driving sales through product knowledge, upselling, and add-on sales
• Merchandising and maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays that inspire customers to buy
• Ensuring shelves are fully stocked, accurately priced, and presented to a high standard
• Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory accuracy
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe department
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales, customer service, and store presentation goals
