Head of Logistics - full time (40 hours per week)

Are you a logistics leader with a passion for retail and customer satisfaction? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Logistics to lead our Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre and Delivery Team to ensure that all stock moving in and out of these facilities is safe, secure and accurately account for.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee the logistics functions across Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre and Delivery
• Work closely with the Store Operations Manager, Retail Manager and Trade Manager to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Logistics team, focusing on accuracy, speed and excellent customer service

What you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or the transport industry is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven leadership experience
• A driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Familiarity with retail systems and inventory management would be beneficial.

This is a full-time role working on a Monday to Friday roster pattern, with early morning starts. On occasion weekend work may be required to support the Logistics Team.
