Are you a visionary brand leader ready to shape one of New Zealand’s most loved brands? We’re on the lookout for an inspiring Head of Brand & Trade Marketing to lead the charge and bring our brand vision to life.

About the Role

As the guardian of the Mitre 10 brand, you’ll drive brand preference and emotional connection across both consumer and trade audiences. You’ll lead a talented team of marketers, craft integrated marketing strategies and deliver high-impact campaigns that resonate with our customers and communities.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll:

• Champion our brand identity and evolve our brand architecture.
• Lead the development of promotional calendars and content strategies.
• Drive community engagement through initiatives like Helping Hands.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners, Store Members, and the Executive Leadership Team.
• Play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy and broader business direction.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• At least 10 years experience in senior marketing roles, with experience across B2C and B2B.
• A proven track record in brand management (7+ years).
• Expertise in agency management, campaign delivery, and budget oversight.
• A passion for data-driven marketing and customer engagement.
• A degree in Marketing or a related field.
