Hardware Team Member

Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington

We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Hardware Team Member to join our team at Mitre10 MEGA Mt Wellington.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and proactive customer service.
• Assist customers to find the right products and solutions for their projects.
• Build confidence with customers through product knowledge and helpful advice.
• Maintain attractive merchandising displays, pricing, ticketing, and promotional activity.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked, tidy, and safe.
• Use in-store systems and handheld devices to check product availability, locations, and alternatives.
• Support stock control activities, including price changes and markdowns.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organised department.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver a great customer experience.

Availability

• To be considered for this position, you must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of your regular roster.
