We are now looking for a Hardware Sales Team Member with a positive and enthusiastic understanding of the importance of providing outstanding customer service to our trade and DIY customers. The purpose of the Hardware sales team member's role is to contribute to the overall success of the company by maximising sales and providing quality customer service. 

For this position we are looking for someone who has: 

A natural ability to provide excellent customer service 

  • Enthusiasm and team spirit
  • Excellent merchandising skills 
  • The physical capability to manage manual lifting elements of the role 
  • A strong desire to learn 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge of hardware products would be preferable
  • Commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
