What you'll do:
- Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding results
- Share your expert product knowledge and guide customers to the right solutions
- Maintain merchandising standards and manage stock in the Hardware & Powertools department
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service that sets us apart
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of hardware and powertools products
- Proven leadership experience (in retail would be an advantage but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills
