To achieve this vision we are currently looking for customer oriented people to join our team.

We are looking for people with:

  • Previous proven 3-5 years’ experience in supervising small team
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in working in Garden area
  • Hold a valid forklift license (F Endorsement preferred, but can be obtained once onboard)
  • Have intermediate or higher knowledge of garden hardware, annual and perennial species, fruit and vegetables, ornamental and decorative indoor plants.
  • Have a passion for customer service excellence
  • Have a quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
  • Have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude
  • Love working in and collaborating with a team
  • Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be physically fit and capable with no restrictions on lifting or manual handling
  • Have the ability to identify the signs and symptoms of plant disease and how to treat it whether it is fungal, viral or bacterial

 

Job Duties would include the following:

  • Supervising team of 7-10 staff members
  • Training new staff in Garden area
  • Ensuring our customers always feel welcome by acknowledging and helping them
  • Providing epic experiences for the customers
  • Replenish product throughout the day maintaining high merchandise presentation standards and enable a seamless experience for our customers
  • Handle customers' complaints
  • Helping customers connect with the right experts and focusing on their positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Keeping the Garden space tidy and clean.

 

 

This is a full-time role with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Hours for this role will include working both days in the weekend. Roster will be discussed in the interview.
