About the Role

• Permanent full-time position
• 40 hours per week
• Sunday to Thursday roster

As a Garden Team Member, you'll be assisting customers across all areas of our Garden Department, helping them find the right products, plants, and solutions for their gardening projects.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and product advice
• Helping customers find the right products and solutions for their gardening needs
• Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays throughout the department
• Watering and caring for plants to ensure they remain healthy and presentable

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys delivering outstanding customer service
• Has a genuine passion for gardening and outdoor living
• Has gardening knowledge or practical gardening experience (preferred)
• Has a positive attitude and works well within a team
• Takes pride in their work and is eager to learn
• Is physically fit and comfortable with lifting, standing, walking, and manual handling tasks
