We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Dry Garden Team here at Cambridge Mitre 10 Mega. 

About the job:

This role offers a competitive hourly rate (relevant experience and skill dependant) and range of employee benefits; This is an on-site, permanent, FULL-TIME opportunity in a multi-skilled and collaborative team with a 40hour week, Sunday to Thursday.

About the role:

Your day would include delivering excellent customer service, stock replenishment, merchandising, display creating, and dealing with a large range of dry garden products. 

We are looking for someone with the below attributes:

• Comprehensive product knowledge of garden hardware, garden care and irrigation is preferred, however full training would be available for the right candidate 
• Physically fit and capable to perform manual handling, lifting of heavy items, climbing ladders
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Have a “can do” attitude and proven sales skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Establish effective working relations with customers and suppliers
• Availability to work on a roster basis including a weekend day
• Good organisational skills
