Garden Center Team Member

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Garden Center Team here at Cambridge Mitre 10 Mega. 

We have a Part Time Permanent position available. 24 hours a week across Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

We are looking for someone with the below attributes:

• Physically fit and capable to perform manual handling, lifting of heavy items, climb ladders
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
• Have a “can do” attitude and proven sales skills
• Computer knowledge and good administrative skills as the incumbent will be responsible for issues such as completion of reports, ensure department is well stocked and merchandised to Company standard at all times
• Availability to work on a roster including weekends, do early and late shifts and cover colleagues who are sick/on leave when required
• Good organisational skills
  

Plant and Garden hardware knowledge is favourable however all training will be provided for the right candidate.
