Full-time IWG Warehouse Operator - Hornby

This is your opportunity to work within a small team that looks after our warehouse containers offside and on site. This is a diverse Warehouse - Inwards Goods Operator position, one day you may be working out of Seymore Street in Hornby, the next Orbell Street in Sydenham or in our new distribution center due next year in Rolleston. The role entails bringing stock from containers into the warehouses and feeding 3 Mitre10 MEGA stores across Christchurch, soon to be 4. We hold a vast number of containers at stores and there may be days working out of those containers to move stock around, bringing new stock in or preparing to move across other locations.

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and highly driven Warehouse - Inwards Goods Operator with an outgoing and positive personality.

This is a fast-paced position therefore you will need to be physically fit, strong due to heavy lifting involved. There will also be times of lone working, having the ability to self-manage will be key.

Role Details:

• Full-time position: 

   

  The role will move between 2 rosters depending on the season or events. 2 weeks' notice will be provided when this is required.

  Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30
  Tuesday to Saturday 8.00 - 4.30

  40 hours 

   

• Reports to: Warehouse Manager
