A bit about the role

We are looking for a Front of House Team Members to join the team at our BRAND-NEW Columbus Coffee Café located at Mitre 10 Wainuiomata. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Providing prompt, efficient, accurate and friendly service
  

• Ensuring a welcoming and clean environment
  

• Processing payments and following proper cash handling procedures. 

We are looking for someone who has:

• Familiarity with using a POS system for taking orders and processing payments.

• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus with strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  

• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling. 

  
  

In addition, the successful candidate will have a genuine interest in hospitality and strive for excellence in delivering our customers outstanding service.

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Full-time roles require a minimum of 30 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Sunday. Availability for part-time roles will be discussed individually.
