🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for an
experienced, confident leader to take ownership of our Front-End department, supporting
the day-to-day running of Checkouts and Customer Services in a high-volume,
fast-moving environment.
This is a full-time,
permanent role, reporting to the Retail Manager. You’ll be responsible for
ensuring smooth daily operations across refunds, Click & Collect,
deliveries, special orders, and customer support — while supporting the team
through busy trading periods.
Rostered shifts apply, including at least one weekend day (Saturday preferred).
💡 What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience leading a team in a customer-facing retail or service environment
- Confidence managing people, performance, and pressure
- Strong judgement and the ability to resolve issues calmly and fairly
- A process-driven, organised mindset with great attention to detail
- Clear communication and a hands-on leadership style
- Availability across weekdays and at least one weekend day
- Ideally based on the North Shore or nearby
📋 Your Day-to-Day
- Support and guide the Front End team to deliver great customer experiences
- Support the smooth operation of operation of checkouts and customer service areas
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure accuracy across all functions particularly refunds and special orders.
- Maintain high standards of efficiency, compliance, and presentation
- Partner with the Retail Manager on team development and continuous improvement
