🧭 The Role

• We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Café Assistant / Barista to join our Warkworth team on a permanent, part-time basis.
• You’ll be right at the heart of the café—welcoming customers, preparing and serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and keeping service flowing smoothly during busy periods.
• This is a fast-paced role, so you’ll need to stay calm under pressure, move quickly, and bring positive energy to every shift. Living locally (or very nearby) is essential, as reliability and familiarity with the area are key to success in this role.
• Weekend availability is required, along with flexibility to pick up additional weekday shifts as needed.

👋 Who You Are

✅ Previous café or front-of-house experience (essential)
☕ Barista experience or confidence on the coffee machine (a bonus)
⚡ Confident, quick on your feet, and comfortable in busy service periods
😊 Friendly, approachable, and naturally great with customers
📆 Available to work at least one weekend day, with some weekday flexibility
🏡 Based in Warkworth or nearby, with a reliable and realistic commute
