FIXED TERM Power Tools Team Member

In this role, the successful applicant will be a valued member of our Power tools & Power garden Departments which has become renowned for their expertise, friendliness and customer service. 

In this role, you will be part of a team who will be accountable for:

• Ensuring customers are the number one priority, receiving the high standard of service they deserve;
• Promoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environment.
• Taking on responsibility for on-the-floor stock, displays, point-of-sale and general standards within the department;
• Contributing to the overall success of the store, actively supporting loss prevention initiatives and process; and
• Other duties as required.

We are looking for people who have:

• Ability to work as part of a team, and provide direction and leadership;
  
• A passion for customer service excellence;
• Physical capability to manage the manual handling requirements of the role;
• Basic computer skills; and
• Ability to manage and prioritize a active merchandising schedule.

Merchandising and solid product knowledge relevant to this department would also be a real advantage.

This is a full time 40 hour week FIXED TERM position (3 months), the hours are determined by a roster and will include one weekend day as well as public holidays.

Prior power tools and power garden knowledge is favourable.
