About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Baristas who can lead the coffee experience on shift, jumping in when our crew need a hand, whether that's covering sick leave, annual leave, or busy weekend trading periods. This is a true casual position, ideal for experienced baristas looking for flexible work and able to step in when required.

• 🕐 Casual (no fixed roster)
• 🌞 Daytime shifts (7am-4pm) - no nights!
• 💰 Competitive hourly rate

Your Day-to-Day

• Produce high-quality coffee to Columbus standards, every time
• Manage workflow behind the coffee machine during busy periods
• Prepare cold drinks (frappes, iced beverages, smoothies, milkshakes)
• Assist the front of house team with taking orders, processing payments and plating food

What You’ll Bring

• Strong espresso barista experience essential
• Confident dialling in, extracting, and maintaining coffee quality under pressure
• Calm and confident during busy service periods
• Comfortable with cold drink prep
• Great customer service and communication skills 
• Available to work weekends, public holidays, and provide cover at short notice when required
