Drive Thru Team Members

Are you customer-obsessed, safety-focused, and ready to be part of something exciting? Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons is opening soon, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Drive Thru Team Members to join our Team and help us deliver outstanding service from day one.

As a Drive Thru Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping both DIYers and trade customers select and load their building and landscaping supplies. From timber to concrete, you’ll assist with product handling, stock management, and ensure a smooth, safe, and friendly experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the Drive Thru area
• Safely load customer vehicles with purchased goods
• Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with the wider store team
• Processing POS transactions and charging to accounts

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and great communication skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Commitment to health & safety and customer service
• Availability for rostered shifts including weekends
