Drive Thru Team Member | Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons

Mitre 10 MEGA Prestons is continuing to grow, and we're looking for a Drive Thru Team Member to join our team.

If you're an experienced forklift operator who enjoys working with people and delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Drive Thru Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our Drive Thru, helping both trade and DIY customers collect their purchases safely and efficiently. You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring our yard operates safely, smoothly and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to both trade and retail customers
• Accurately pick and load customer orders
• Safely operate forklifts and other yard equipment
• Process POS transactions and trade account sales
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe Drive Thru and yard
• Assist with stock replenishment and general yard duties
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve daily goals
• Follow all health and safety procedures and promote a safe working environment

• A current forklift licence with proven forklift operating experience
• A customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills
• Previous retail, trade or customer service experience
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, hardworking and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Building or DIY knowledge is an advantage
