A bit about the role…

We have a part-time Team member position available in the Drive Thru, rostered Thursday - Saturday. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional Customer Service
• Providing technical product information to customers
• Stock replenishment
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment

The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.

In addition, we are ideally seeking:

• Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.
• Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement
• Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence, (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required
• Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain
• Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.
• Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.
• Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
• IT competency.
