A bit about the role…

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Petone Drive Thru Security Team.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

• Maintaining constant awareness of the Drive Thru area, identifying and reporting suspicious behaviour, and safely apprehending shoplifters using approved techniques.

   

   

• Managing the Drive Thru exit barrier, ensuring all vehicles and loads accurately match purchase receipts, and maintaining an up-to-date barrier report.

   

   

• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times, upholding the company’s professional image.

   

   

• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment.

   

   

The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.

In addition, we are ideally seeking:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.
• Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement
  
• Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.
• Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.
• Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.
• IT competency.

We are looking for a Full Time Team Member to fill our Tuesday - Saturday roster.
