A bit about the role…
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Dispatch Coordinator to join our Dispatch team.
This is a key role that keeps our deliveries moving. You’ll coordinate schedules, optimise routes, support the fleet, and work closely with the DC team to ensure our customers receive the right products, at the right time, every time.
No two days are the same — you’ll be balancing planning, problem solving and customer service to keep operations running like clockwork.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling all outgoing deliveries
- Planning efficient routes and maximising vehicle utilisation
- Ensuring orders are picked, processed, documented and dispatched accurately
- Tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepancies quickly
- Working closely with the warehouse and trade teams to prepare next-day deliveries
- Providing great service and delivery solutions for customers
- Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organised work environment
About you…

- Can think on your feet and solve problems quickly
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Communicates confidently with customers and teammates
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is physically fit and comfortable being on your feet
- Brings a positive, “muck in and help out” attitude
Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehousing or coordination is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter most.
