Deployment Partner - Implementation

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Albany‑based Support Centre as a Deployment Partner – Implementation on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract.

This is a chance to play a pivotal role in bringing our program solution, known as Programme One, to life in stores across the country. You’ll be hands‑on with our in‑store teams, helping them navigate the change and ensuring each deployment runs smoothly and confidently. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems on the spot, and driving meaningful outcomes, this role is for you.

Because your presence in stores is critical to a successful rollout, this role includes regular travel.  You’ll be right there with the teams, supporting them through each stage of deployment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the end‑to‑end store deployment plan across multiple Workstreams
  • Working closely with Function and Store Operations specialists to make sure each store cluster gets the support they need
  • Reviewing project schedules, monitoring progress, and keeping deployments on track
  • Coordinating and leading project meetings, including preparing and distributing minutes
  • Owning deployment reporting
  • Keeping the Deployment Lead and key stakeholders updated on progress, risks, and issues
  • Playing an active part in identifying, prioritising, and mitigating risks and issues
  • Building positive, effective relationships with store teams, Members, senior leaders, and external partners

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or another complex, fast‑moving environment
  • SAP experience (advantageous)
  • Project management experience (advantageous)
  • Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills
  • Great planning, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Confidence identifying risks early and problem‑solving with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A results‑driven approach and a focus on delivering great outcomes
