🛎️ About the Role
As a Customer Services Team Member, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our customers. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the store running smoothly — from transactions and returns to customer queries and problem-solving. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering stability, consistency, and the opportunity to grow within a well-established store.

Your day will include:

  • Greeting customers and delivering friendly, efficient service
  • Processing sales, returns, exchanges, and account queries
  • Supporting click & collect and customer follow-ups
  • Handling customer questions with confidence and care
  • Working closely with store teams to resolve issues smoothly
  • Maintaining accurate systems and a tidy, professional service desk
