We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused superstar to join our Checkout and Customer Services team. This is a key frontline role where you'll be the friendly face and helpful voice our customers remember, ensuring every visit finishes on a positive note.

What You'll Be Doing

As the hub of customer service in our store, you'll:

• Welcome and assist customers with enquiries in person and over the phone
• Process check-out transactions efficiently and accurately
• Help customers locate products and find the right solutions
• Handle a variety of customer and team member enquiries
• Think on your feet and confidently solve problems when the unexpected happens
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction

Previous retail, customer service or cashier experience would be a real advantage, but just as important is your willingness to learn and your passion for helping customers.

Roster

This position is rostered across the week and includes at least one weekend day.
