The role:

As a Customer Service Team Member, you are our go-to person at the Front-End Customer Service Desk for customer enquiries. You will hold a positive, professional and empathetic attitude towards customers, assist our customers with their enquiries & provide appropriate solutions, process orders, answer phone calls, data record and document keeping. You will provide professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
