Customer Service Team Member - Mitre 10 Glenfield
About the role:
We are seeking for our Mitre 10 MEGA in Glenfield a Customer Service Superstar. You will ensure all customer queries are being taken into account, work on the point of sale checkouts, as well as assist in customers’ orders, returns and other functions as required.
This role is front-end and customer facing, it requires you to bring an intermediate level of computer literacy and would suit someone with a passion for customer service. A mature outlook on life will make you an ideal candidate for this permanent, full time role which includes working one weekend day (Sunday to Thursday).
An ideal candidate will have:
- strong attention to detail
- excellent communication skills
- a passion for customer service excellence
- a quick and alert mind for problem solving, multitasking and organising
- an ability to adapt and be flexible
- a willingness to learn with a can-do attitude
- flexibility of potentially more available hours
- Customer service and cash handling experience is preferred
