Customer Service Team Member - Ferrymead

We are looking for a Customer Service Star to join our Frontline team at Ferrymead Mitre10 Mega, someone who is mature and has a passion for providing great customer service, you will always have a smile on your face and the ability to stay clam under pressure.

This is a permanent position of 32 hours, days of work are Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

You must be able to work between the hours of 7am and 7pm and be available to work School and Public Holidays.

Duties for this role include:

 

  • Handling customer queries/complaints
  • Processing Refunds
  • Working with GE Finance inquires/new accounts
  • POS – processing sales
  • Answering phones
  • Trade account payments & credits
