The Role:

Team Leader- Customer Service (Mitre 10 MEGA, The Valley)

  • Is a 40 hour position Tuesday - Saturday
  • Is an opportunity to provide excellent hands on customer service while championing the customer experience through leadership of the wider department
  • Based at the Service Desk, you will provide clear and confident leadership to the customer service department which includes the service desk, checkouts and click and collect
  • Working with the Zone Leader, you will create a supportive and inclusive team culture
  • This role is a great stepping stone towards your leadership career
  • Your day-to-day will include
    • Proving exceptional customer service and supporting customer enquiries
    • Processing returns, exchanges and product concerns 
    • Completion of rostering and timesheets
    • Supporting the finance and operations teams with administrative tasks
