The Role:
Team Leader- Customer Service (Mitre 10 MEGA, The Valley)
- Is a 40 hour position Tuesday - Saturday
- Is an opportunity to provide excellent hands on customer service while championing the customer experience through leadership of the wider department
- Based at the Service Desk, you will provide clear and confident leadership to the customer service department which includes the service desk, checkouts and click and collect
- Working with the Zone Leader, you will create a supportive and inclusive team culture
- This role is a great stepping stone towards your leadership career
- Your day-to-day will include
- Proving exceptional customer service and supporting customer enquiries
- Processing returns, exchanges and product concerns
- Completion of rostering and timesheets
- Supporting the finance and operations teams with administrative tasks
