Customer Service - Hardware/Tools - Full Time - Tuesday-Saturday

This is a Full Time role working 5 days a week, Tuesday-Saturday, on a fixed roster.

You will bring;

• A focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
