About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly,
confident, and customer‑focused person to join our busy Customer Service Desk
team. This is a fast‑paced role at the heart of our store, supporting customers
with queries, returns, laybys, gift cards, and general assistance. If you enjoy
solving problems and helping people, this job is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service in person
and over the phone
- Processing returns, exchanges, laybys, and customer
enquiries
- Handling payments and operating POS systems
accurately
- Managing click & collect orders and other
service desk functions
- Assisting with product information and store
navigation
- Ensuring the service desk is clean, organised, and
welcoming
- Supporting the wider team to keep the store running
smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- A positive communicator with a strong customer‑first
mindset
- Calm and confident when handling busy periods or
challenging situations
- Accurate, organised, and able to multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable learning systems and processes
- Previous customer service or retail experience is
an advantage
