We are looking for someone that will provide outstanding customer service every time our customers walk through the doors and going the extra mile will be the norm. This is a part time position, the successful applicant will be working on a Friday and a Saturday. Hours to be discussed at the interview stage.

Ideally, you will have had previous experience in a fast paced customer service role. 

This position includes: 

  • telephone use
  • checkout sales, returns and item orders 
  • daily problem solving for customers 
  • customer click and collects/online orders 
  • ensuring the checkout service standards are met 
To be successful you must have: 
  • Previous cash handling skills 
  • Be a detail minded self-starter
  • The ability to work at a fast pace and maintain a high level of accuracy 
  • Good computer skills 
  • The ability to problem solve 
  • The ability to cope well under pressure 
  • Confidence to lead, motivate and support the check out team
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service 
  • Good time management and reliability 
  • A willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with SAP will be an advantage.
