Are you detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something new? We’re looking for a Customer Account Co-Ordinator to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract and play a key role in delivering a seamless, national customer account experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a major transformation, supporting stores and customers through a more streamlined, centralised system.
About the role
As a Customer Account Co-ordinator, you’ll help ensure customer accounts are set up and maintained accurately, enabling a consistent experience across all stores.
You’ll be working within a centralised environment, supporting teams and customers by:
- Managing and validating customer account data
- Supporting system transitions and resolving account-related issues
- Acting as a key point of contact for stores and customers
- Contributing to a smooth and efficient customer experience across the network
Your work will directly impact reporting accuracy, sales performance, and how customers engage with the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting system cutover activities and data validation processes
- Reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer account data
- Investigating and resolving account and system-related queries
- Managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure complex accounts are set up correctly
- Meeting service level expectations for responding to queries
- Identifying issues or gaps and escalating where needed
This is a highly collaborative role where communication and relationships are key.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset
- Comfortable working with systems (SAP experience is a bonus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Commercially aware and solutions-focused
