Are you detail-driven, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something new? We’re looking for a Customer Account Co-Ordinator to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract and play a key role in delivering a seamless, national customer account experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a major transformation, supporting stores and customers through a more streamlined, centralised system.

About the role

As a Customer Account Co-ordinator, you’ll help ensure customer accounts are set up and maintained accurately, enabling a consistent experience across all stores.

You’ll be working within a centralised environment, supporting teams and customers by:

  • Managing and validating customer account data
  • Supporting system transitions and resolving account-related issues
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stores and customers
  • Contributing to a smooth and efficient customer experience across the network

Your work will directly impact reporting accuracy, sales performance, and how customers engage with the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting system cutover activities and data validation processes
  • Reviewing, validating, and maintaining customer account data
  • Investigating and resolving account and system-related queries
  • Managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure complex accounts are set up correctly
  • Meeting service level expectations for responding to queries
  • Identifying issues or gaps and escalating where needed

This is a highly collaborative role where communication and relationships are key.

What youll bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset
  • Comfortable working with systems (SAP experience is a bonus)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Commercially aware and solutions-focused
