Credit & Collections Coordinator

We’re looking for a Credit & Collections Coordinator to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting effective credit and collections processes across CDL and bureau store accounts.

This is a great opportunity for someone with collections experience who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to contribute to a supportive and values‑led team.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Credit & Collections Analyst, you’ll support the end‑to‑end credit and collections process, including:

  • Assisting with the collection of overdue accounts for CDL and bureau stores
  • Reconciling customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner
  • Supporting the set‑up of new customer accounts by gathering required documentation and information
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve account queries
  • Sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback, and contributing positively to team ways of working
  • Actively participating in 1:1s and Perform, Grow, Succeed conversations

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a credit or collections environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience with collections and account reconciliations
  • Experience working with a medium to large ERP system
  • Solid skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset aligned to Mitre 10’s values and behaviours
