Columbus Café at Mitre 10 MEGA Whanganui is a popular and busy café.
We are seeking an
experienced all-round chef to join our team and enjoy the benefits of
being a part of the wider Mitre 10 MEGA group.
This position is 32 hours per week over 4
days and includes weekend work. The hours worked are daytime hours.
Preferably, you will have:
- Previous chef experience, ideally in a café setting.
- Experience with grill work and cabinet food preparation,
- High standards of work, attention to detail
- A flare for presentation,
- Enthusiasm and a great work ethic.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure

Columbus processes and enjoy working in our light, bright and modern environment.
Preference will be given to those people
who are able to work weekend shifts, be great team players and fit well into
