Checkout Supervisor and Customer Service

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves helping customers, and can confidently lead from the front for this newly created Checkout Supervisor & Customer Service position. This is a busy and hands-on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making customers’ lives easier.

This is a full-time position and requires someone with proven commitment and reliability.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish by:

• Leading day-to-day checkout operations and supporting the wider team
• Managing customer orders end-to-end
• Handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
• Supporting customers with queries, product advice, and solutions
• Troubleshooting issues at checkout and providing overrides when needed
• Assisting with training and mentoring new team members
• Maintaining stock levels, presentation, and store standards
• Supporting opening/closing procedures when required

We want someone who brings energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic to the team, alongside:

• Experience working in a Checkout Supervisor role preferred
• Proven retail and customer service experience 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• A positive, can-do attitude, someone who thrives on contributing to the team
• Great communication and ability to stay calm under pressure
