We have the following shifts becoming available soon, when applying please indicate which position you are interested in A,B or C

A- Thursday 7-.30pm Checkout operator, Friday 10.45-19.1pm Customer service, Sunday 9-5.30pm Customer service & Monday 9-5.30pm Checkout operator

B- Friday 10.30-7pm & Saturday 9.30-6pm Checkout Operator

C-Wednesday 8-1pm & Friday 7-3.30pm Checkout operator

About the Roles:

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Checkout and Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our store, ensuring every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities – Checkout:

• Provide exceptional customer service at checkout and throughout the store.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist customers with inquiries and product information.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals.

Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Desk:

• Create orders for products not currently in stock.
• Process trade account payments.
• Handle online order pickups and queries.
• Assist customers with returns and general inquiries.
• Ensure all service desk processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• A positive attitude and willingness to help customers.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential).

Additional Details:

• We are a 7-day-a-week business, and shifts will be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required
