📍 About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, experienced casual team members who can jump in when our crew need a hand; we are looking for baristas and chefs —whether it’s covering sick leave, holidays, or those busy weekend rushes.

💡 What You’ll Bring
✅ 2+ years’ experience in a café or hospitality setting
✅ Barista and or Chef experience preferred (speed and consistency > fancy latte art)
✅ Calm and confident during busy service periods
✅ Comfortable with cabinet food and cold drink prep (smoothies, frappes, milkshakes)
✅ Great customer service and communication skills
✅ Able to work weekends, public holidays, and fill in at short notice
✅ Ready to jump in when needed
🛠️ Your Day-to-Day
🍴 Taking orders, processing payments, plating food
☕ Assisting the Barista or jumping on the machine when required
🥤 Preparing cold drinks and smoothies
🍽️ Delivering meals, clearing tables, and keeping the café tidy
🧼 Helping with dishes, kitchen prep, and general cleaning
📋 Following Columbus Coffee presentation and food safety standards
