Café Manager

We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to join our Columbus Café team at Mitre 10 MEGA Mt Wellington in Auckland. This is a permanent full-time position (minimum 37.5 paid hours per week)

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Experienced in a similar role in the hospitality, retail or related industry.
• Have management experienced in running a café and working with a small team.
• Strong knowledge around Marketing and Franchise systems would be advantageous
• Great time management and leadership skills with an ability to delegate and priorities.
• Proven customer service skills, offering our customers a positive and unique in-store experience.
• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivated and self-managing.
