Smith's Mitre 10 Mega is a family- owned Christchurch business which strives to offer exceptional customer service to every customer every time.

We are looking for team to work in our Garden Hardware and RTA/Storage departments on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Mondays.

These are permanent positions, working 34 hours per week.

We’re seeking a retail professional with a strong customer focus and a great work ethic. Ideally, you’ll bring:

This customer-facing role is perfect if you’re passionate about DIY, with a flair for helping customers bring their projects to life. You’ll provide expert product advice, drive sales, maintain stock and visual standards, and work collaboratively to ensure a safe, well-presented department.
