Bathrooms & Plumbing Department Team Leader

Do you have past leadership and/or retail experience that you can draw on to lead a team that is the Bathrooms & Plumbing department? Much of the trust customers have in our business, and the reputation that we have in the community comes from our strong team.

In this role having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage, however it is not essential. What we are looking for is a keen leader, who is organised, is keen to lead in a busy retail environment and values great customer service.

As Bathroom & Plumbing Team Leader, among other things, you will:

• Take responsibility for on the floor stock, displays & standards within your department;

• Lead the team and develop their capability, to deliver great customer service - every customer, every time;

• Have the ability to manage a varied and busy workload. From department operations to managing and leading to the team.
