Mitre 10 Mega is a trusted name in home improvement, proudly serving Kiwi communities for decades. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate, design-savvy individual to join our Bathroom department in a full-time retail role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, expert advice to customers planning bathroom upgrades
• Helping customers select the right products for their space, style, and budget
• Staying up to date with current design trends and product innovations
• Creating inspiring in-store displays that showcase our bathroom ranges
• Working collaboratively in a supportive, fast-paced retail team

• Assisting with choice on tapware, vanities, showers, and accessories
• Advising on layout ideas, colour palettes, and product compatibility
• Supporting customers through the design journey – from concept to completion
• Helping DIYers and renovators bring their dream spaces to life

• A flair for design, attention to detail and a genuine interest in home interiors
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Previous retail or design experience is a bonus – but we’ll train the right person
• Work week Tuesday - Saturday
