Barista Roles available - Part Time and Casual

We have a permanent part-time position available and a Casual position.

We need someone who

• Is fanatical about the delivery of excellent coffee and food with outstanding customer service
• Is reliable and punctual
• Will be happy to muck in where needed on any of our stations
• Is able to communicate effectively with the kitchen team and customers
• Has Barista Experience

What does a Casual Contract mean?

A casual employment contract offers flexibility for both you and the business.

• You can accept or decline shifts depending on your availability
• Ideal if you’re studying, have commitments or want work that fits around your lifestyle

Flexibility for us

• We offer shifts based on business needs (eg. Busy season, staff leave, special events)
• Hours may vary from week to week – some may be busier than others

You’re still fully supported

• You’ll receive all legally required entitlements for casual employees
• You’ll be part of a welcoming team with training provided for your role.
