B2B eCommerce Content Coordinator

We are transforming our business to enable us to deliver world class customer experiences by aligning with new goals, ideas and opportunities and are therefore looking for a B2B eCommerce Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team based at our Albany Support Centre.

In this brand-new role, you will be tasked with delivering a high standard of creative production and execution that is aligned with the B2B trade marketing strategy, always conforming to brand and visual identity guidelines, with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.

Reporting to the B2B eCommerce Manager you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: - 

  • Create and maintain all B2B website content in line with best practice and relevant B2B strategies including design style guides and search engine optimisation rules.
  • Liaising with marketing partners to co-ordinate production of other electronic material as required.
  • Collaborate with the B2B eCommerce Copywriter to create and produce content as required.
  • Assist in the optimisation of conversion and performance for all content and digital assets.
  • Contribute to development of digital channel to facilitate improved return on investment.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with; -

  • Previous experience within a similar role or industry.
  • Proven design/graphic experience.
  • Experience with HTML & Enterprise level CMS.
  • Experienced in the manipulation of images, digital assets, web design tools and associated software.
  • Familiarity with structure of customer databases and search engine optimisation techniques
