About the Role

As our B2B Account Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our store and our business clients. You’ll manage existing accounts, uncover new opportunities, and ensure our trade and retail customers receive exceptional support and tailored solutions.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm (45 hours/week)
Reporting To: Tauranga Store Manager & Trade Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in trade and retail
• Drive sales growth through strategic account management and upselling
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored product solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
