We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Account Manager to join our team, supporting trade and building customers across our region. This role suits someone who enjoys being out on site, building genuine relationships, and growing accounts through trust, reliability, and great service.

You don’t need years of sales experience — we’re more interested in the right attitude, work ethic, and ability to connect with people in the trade.

About the Role

• Build strong, long-term relationships with existing trade customers
• Grow accounts by identifying opportunities and providing smart product solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through consistent follow-up and service
• Prospect for new trade customers through referrals, networking, and site visits
• Spend time on-site understanding how our customers work and what they need
• Represent our business professionally with strong product knowledge and service

The Ideal Person

• A natural relationship-builder who enjoys working with builders and tradies
• Confident, reliable, and comfortable having conversations on-site
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow accounts
• Organised and proactive, with good follow-up habits
• Practical mindset — understands (or is keen to learn) building products and how they’re used
• Team-oriented with a positive, down-to-earth attitude
