🔥 About the Role

Based at Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth, this is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week) with at least 1 weekend day (Sunday preferred). You’ll be the key specialist in our Seasonal department, which includes heating and cooling, outdoor furniture, BBQs, camping gear, and seasonal accessories.

While the focus shifts throughout the year, right now it's all about helping customers keep warm and winter-ready—whether they’re upgrading their heating setup or stocking up for a mid-year camping trip.

🎯What You’ll Bring

✅ Knowledge of heating /cooling, BBQs, outdoor living / outdoor furniture and/or camping products (strongly preferred)
✅ Previous retail, trade, or specialist sales experience (required)
✅ Confidence talking customers through different options and making tailored recommendation
✅ Strong product merchandising and stock management skills
✅ Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help out across the wider team 
✅ You must live locally in or around the Warkworth/Hibiscus Coast area

• Ensure displays are clean, well-stocked, and appealing
• Share your product knowledge to create great customer experiences
• Process sales and troubleshoot basic product questions
