Hardware Holdings Ltd is the largest group within the Mitre 10 network, proudly
Kiwi-owned and operated. Since opening a small Mitre 10 store in Warkworth in
2009, we’ve expanded to include Mitre 10 MEGA Albany—New Zealand’s largest
hardware store—along with locations in New Lynn, Silverdale, and Whangaparaoa.
Our group also operates Columbus Coffee cafés, a Distribution Centre, and a
Frame & Truss Manufacturing Plant.

🎨 About the Role
We’re
looking for talented Kitchen Designers to join our teams across Albany,
Silverdale, Warkworth, or New Lynn.
This is your chance to turn customer dreams into reality by creating beautiful,
functional kitchens tailored to lifestyle and budget.
You’ll:
- Work closely with customers to design bespoke kitchen
solutions.
- Provide expert product knowledge and practical advice.
- Use design software to produce detailed plans and
presentations.
- Collaborate with trade partners and installers to bring
projects to life.
- Manage projects from concept to completion with
outstanding service.
🌟 What You’ll Bring
- Previous kitchen design or interior design experience
required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- An eye for detail and practical, solution-focused
thinking.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Winner, CAD, or
similar) an advantage.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a roster.
